Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees—free shipping is included with every order.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@wellsandmercer.com. Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please do not send returns to the address from which your order was shipped. To initiate a return, contact us at care@wellsandmercer.com, and we will provide the correct return address for our supplier's warehouse.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A valid tracking number is required for all returns.
