General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: The natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Digital Data Carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them for future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: The legal entity offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance (SAVYE FASHION USA LLC).

Distance Agreement: An agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement and order established between the entrepreneur and the consumer via the website operated by SAVYE FASHION USA LLC.

Article 4 – The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

All products are subject to availability.

Images are indicative; colors, materials, and textures may vary slightly due to digital display settings and manufacturing variations.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the set conditions.

The entrepreneur will confirm receipt electronically.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders or attach additional conditions where reasonably necessary.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

This period begins on the day after the consumer receives the product.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Article 7 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion is applicable to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or those customized to the consumer's specifications.

This exclusion will be clearly stated in the offer where applicable.

Article 8 – Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD $), excluding any import duties, local taxes, customs fees, or other governmental charges that may apply in the destination country.

Payment must be made via the methods offered at the time of the order.

Article 9 – Delivery and Execution

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the consumer.

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days.

Any significant delays will be communicated via email whenever possible.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products meet the agreement and stated specifications.

Any complaints regarding defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt via care@wellsandmercer.com.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Article 11 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery.

The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.

If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the consumer will be notified regarding the status and expected resolution timeframe.

Article 12 – Disputes

These agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements under Wyoming law.
