After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at care@wellsandmercer.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
